Building and Design

You can build your own design while respecting our Villa Construction Guidelines, including architectural design lines and environmental considerations.

Common utilities such as electricity and water connections are provided. Individual cisterns and septic systems are included with the Sienna villas.

HOA Fees will be competitive and within market prices. Estimates arrive at around US$350 and include:
Full access to Sienna's amenities
Regular maintenance of all areas and roads.
Night security, fumigation services, trash collection and lights and water in all common areas.

As of 01/09/2024, the Department has given SIENNA the PROVISIONAL PERMIT which can be viewed here =>
. At this point there are no reasons Sienna and, by extension its buyers, won’t enjoy the financial benefits of the Confotur law.

US$1,600 for lots priced under US$130,000.
US$1,900 for lots priced between US$131,000 and US$194,000.
US$2,700 for lots priced over US$195,000 up to US$335,000.
