Current Timeline

1) No Objection for Land Use (Ayuntamiento de Las Terrenas):

  • Filed on 16/02/2024.

  • A project approval session was held on 15/04/2024 and SIENNE was approved.

  • The local council is awaiting payment from the developer for certification issuance.

2) Environmental Authorization (Ministerio de Medio Ambiente):

  • Filed on 02/02/2024.

  • All documents were approved.

  • A meeting was held on 23/04/2024 with the Deputy Minister of Environmental Management to expedite the inspection process.

3) No Objection for Land Use (Ministerio de Turismo):

  • Filed on 02/02/2024.

  • The project was submitted with all required documents.

  • On 22/04/2024, a meeting occurred with the Director of the department to discuss further details.
