Current Timeline

1) No Objection for Land Use (Ayuntamiento de Las Terrenas):

Filed on 16/02/2024.
A project approval session was held on 15/04/2024 and SIENNE was approved.
The local council is awaiting payment from the developer for certification issuance.

2) Environmental Authorization (Ministerio de Medio Ambiente):

Filed on 02/02/2024.
All documents were approved.
A meeting was held on 23/04/2024 with the Deputy Minister of Environmental Management to expedite the inspection process.

3) No Objection for Land Use (Ministerio de Turismo):

Filed on 02/02/2024.
The project was submitted with all required documents.
